Suas histórias pessoais são permeadas pelo contexto histórico e cultural do país, culminando no catártico desfile de carnaval.

Plata o Plomo is a directing duo formed by Filipe Traslatti and Maurício Franco in 2019. The duo has already carried out more than 50 projects in the Portuguese advertising market, from advertisements, fictional webseries, documentaries to talk shows for TV, digital platforms and networks social. Today, with the experience acquired during these years, they begin expanding their work to the cinematographic market.

These are the days before Carnival in Mindelo (Cape Verde). By depicting the trajectory of some apparently ordinary people, while getting ready for the big party, the film draws a passionate portrait of the people of São Vicente Island. Their personal stories are permeated by the historical and cultural context of the country, culminating in the cathartic carnival parade.
