SINOPSE:
Este filme é um mergulho na rotina de avôs e avós jovens - entre 25 e 35 anos - no Amazonas. Uma realidade antecipadora das funções sociais e familiares com graves consequências para a vida que é comumente naturalizada, porém muito cruel, geradora de conflitos geracionais, estruturais e culturais.
SYNOPSIS:
This movie delves into the routines of young grandmothers and grandfathers, aged 25 to 35, in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. It explores a premature reality of familial and social roles that carries serious consequences. Though often naturalized, this way of life is profoundly harsh, giving rise to generational, structural, and cultural conflicts.

Ana Lígia Pimentel é formada pela Escola de Cinema Darcy Ribeiro e também fez curso de cinema em Los Angeles. Desde 2017 mora no Amazonas. Realizando filmes e vídeos sobre a região, como a videoarte Galeria Decolonial com narração de Selton Mello. Em 2022, Ana estreou o longa “Sete Cores da Amazônia”, filme que foi exibido em festivais e recebeu o selo internacional de Bechdel. Ana também faz trabalhos como agente cultural comunitária. Ana Lígia Pimentel graduated from the Darcy Ribeiro Film School and also took a film course in Los Angeles. She has been living in the Amazon since 2017. She has been making films and videos about the region, such as the video art Galeria Decolonial, narrated by Selton Mello. In 2022, Ana released the feature film “Sete Cores da Amazônia”, a film that was shown at festivals and received the international Bechdel seal. Ana also works as a community cultural agent.
