SINOPSE:
Durante a minha infância, vivi acontecimentos traumáticos, sofri abusos, que tiveram um impacto permanente na minha personalidade. Recordo frequentemente esses momentos do passado, tentando compreender o seu significado, para poder continuar a viver. Hoje, consigo desvendar esta história e desejo contá-la. Mas não tenho fotografias da minha infância, nem da minha família. Todas se perderam ou foram destruídas. Decido contar a minha história, recorrendo a registos de outras pessoas.
SYNOPSIS:
During my childhood, I lived traumatic events, suffer abuse acts, which had impacted who I am forever. I often bring those moments back from the past, trying to understand the meaning, in order to stay alive. Today, I can unravel this story and I desire to tell it. But I have no picture of my childhood, nor of my family. They all have been lost or destroyed. I decide to tell my story, borrowing records from others.

BIO PT:
Pierre Primetens nasceu de mãe portuguesa e pai francês. Depois de estudar arte e cinema, realizou uma trilogia autobiográfica: «Un voyage au Portugal», «Des vacances à l’Île Maurice» e «Contre toi». «La fête des garçons», um dos seus primeiros filmes, é sobre o ritual de passagem dos rapazes para a idade adulta no norte de Portugal. Os seus filmes foram exibidos em festivais franceses e internacionais e transmitidos em canais europeus como o Canal+ e a RTP2.
BIO ENG:
Pierre Primetens was born from a Portuguese mother and a French father. After studying art and cinema, he directed an autobiographic trilogy: “Un voyage au Portugal”, “Des vacances à l’Île Maurice” et “Contre toi”. “La fête des garçons”, one of his first films, is about the rite of passage of young boys to adulthood in the north of Portugal. His films were screened in French and international festivals and broadcasted on European channels such as Canal+ and RTP2.
