SINOPSE:
Uma pessoa não binária assiste à entrega da primeira identidade não binária no Chile. Enquanto trata da papelada, enfrenta a burocracia dos procedimentos legais e as suas próprias memórias através de uma viagem poética e kafkiana.
SYNOPSIS:
A non-binary folk sees the handover of the first non-binary ID in Chile. While doing the paperwork, they face the bureaucracy of the legal proceedings and their own memories through a poetic and kafkaesque journey.

Gael Jara e Martín André são cineastas chilenos queer. «Chimera» (2024), premiado no PÖFF Shorts Animation New Talents e no Festival Internacional de Cinema de Valdivia, participou em mais de 45 festivais em todo o mundo. O curta-metragem em stop motion de André, «Sorrow Doesn’t Sleep at Night» (2025), estreou no Fantastic Fest e no Sundance. Jara está a desenvolver o seu primeiro documentário de longa-metragem.

Gael Jara and Martín André are queer Chilean filmmakers. “Chimera” (2024), awarded at PÖFF Shorts Animation New Talents and at Valdivia International Film Festival has participated in more than 45 festivals around the world. André’s stop motion short film Sorrow Doesn’t Sleep at Night (2025) premiered at Fantastic Fest and Sundance. Jara is developing their first documentary feature.
